DSCA Policy Memo 19-21 Addition to Table C5.T1. Country Team Assessment - Common Required Elements has been posted. This memo revises Table C5.T1. Country Team Assessment – Common Required Elements by adding row 12.

This policy memo fulfills a Department of State request that DSCA add two additional elements to the Country Team Assessment (CTA). The response to these elements will contribute toward facilitating allied and partner efforts, through U.S. sales and security cooperation efforts, to reduce the risk of national or coalition operations causing civilian harm as directed by the Conventional Arms Transfer Policy.
