Revisions to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's Guidelines for Foreign Military Financing of Direct Commercial Contracts.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) revised its Guidelines for Foreign Military Financing of Direct Commercial Contracts and Contractor's Certification and Agreement with DSCA, both dated January 1995. The current editions of both documents are dated May 2000.

Full implementation of the May 2000 edition of both the Guidelines for Foreign Military Financing of Direct Commercial Contracts and Contractor's Certification and Agreement with DSCA is now in effect. Countries participating in the Foreign Military Financing Direct Commercial Contracts program should complete their transition to the May 2000 editions no later than September 1, 2000.
