Assignment of Program Code "J2"for Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 Pakistan Counterinsurgency Capability Fund (PCCF), DSCA Policy 13-51 [SAMM E-Change 232]
Effective immediately, Program Code "J2" is assigned to track FY2012 PCCF appropriated under Division I (Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriation Act, 2012) of the Consolidated Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2012, Public Law 112-74.
Appropriations available for J2 Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) are recorded in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) Table C15.T2., Appropriation Authority column, and will be cited on each J2 LOA in the Funds Expiration, Purpose, Availability, and Amount note. Instructions for preparation of LOA documents, and the applicable LOA Standard Notes can be found in the SAMM, Table C15.T5., and Appendix 6, LOA Notes Listing, respectively. Funding associated with J2 cases should be fully expended, and J2 cases must be reconciled and closed on or before July 31, 2021.
