This memorandum is to advise you or the following country that is now included in the ACCP program. ACCP now governs all cases, whether already closed, currently implemented, or prospective

Please be aware that Germany may not want certain supply/services complete cases. closed at this time. Conditions regarding the Germany's participation in the ACCP program will be e-mailed to your closure points of contact.

Request your organization ensure that the FMS system(s) you maintain arc updated to reflect this revised information. Likewise, DSCA will ensure that DSAMS is updated as appropriate. For the country shown above, request DFAS transfer all cases already closed directly from 'C1' (non-participant) to 'C3' (ACCP final) status.

Attached is a master roster of all ACCP participants. Wide dissemination of this roster is highly encouraged. Reference (b) is hereby superseded. Table C4.T2. of the Security Assistance Management Manual will be revised to reflect the change in ACCP status for GY.
